Shipping conditions
We only ship to germany and austria. If you require delivery to another country, you can arrange for a shipping provider to collect your parcel from us or use a parcel forwarding service (such as mailboxde.com, meineinkauf.ch, or a similar provider), which will provide you with a German delivery address.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to gift vouchers.
The free-shipping threshold must be reached with a single order and cannot be met by combining separate orders or adding items to an existing order. If the value of your order falls below the free-shipping threshold following a cancellation or return, the applicable shipping costs will be charged retrospectively.
Our shipping charges are based on a blended calculation. We send most orders as DHL parcels, for which the actual shipping costs are higher than the flat rate we charge. Smaller shipments may be sent via Deutsche Post. This allows us to offer consistent and fair shipping charges. Regardless of the shipping method used, your order is, of course, fully covered.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany and to international destinations takes place within 2–5 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction). For items that are not in stock and need to be produced or reordered, the stated delivery time may be extended by up to 5 business days. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
