Shipping Terms
We ship exclusively to the countries listed below. If you require delivery to another country, you can select “Pickup” at checkout and arrange for a shipping provider of your choice to collect the package from us. Our Swiss customers often use the service provided by meineinkauf.ch..
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
The minimum order value for free shipping must be reached with a single order and cannot be achieved through combined or supplementary orders. If your order value falls below the free shipping threshold due to a cancellation or return, we will retroactively charge you the shipping cost.
Vouchers
Vouchers are sent exclusively via email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to vouchers.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany and to international destinations takes place within 2–5 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction). For items that are not in stock and need to be produced or reordered, the stated delivery time may be extended by up to 5 business days. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
