Shipping conditions
We ship directly only to the countries listed here. If you require delivery to another country, you can arrange for a shipping service provider to collect your parcel from us or use a service such as meineinkauf.ch or mailboxde.com. Further information can be found below. In this case, we only charge the shipping costs within Germany.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
The minimum order value for free shipping must be reached with a single order and cannot be achieved through combined or supplementary orders. If your order value falls below the free shipping threshold due to a cancellation or return, we will retroactively charge you the shipping cost.
Vouchers
Vouchers are sent exclusively via email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to vouchers.
Delivery to Switzerland
For shipping to Switzerland, we recommend the shipping service provider meineinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany) delivers your goods via MeinEinkauf AG (Switzerland) directly to your destination address in Switzerland. Customs clearance is handled by MeinEinkauf. Worldwide delivery
For deliveries to other countries, we recommend the service provided by mailboxde.com. Register for free at mailboxde.com and receive your personal delivery address in Germany. You can then place an order in our online shop using your new Mailbox address in Germany. Once the order has been completed, the goods will be sent to Mailboxde.com GmbH. There, the customs and shipping documents will be prepared and the goods will be made ready for international shipping. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany and to international destinations takes place within 2–5 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction). For items that are not in stock and need to be produced or reordered, the stated delivery time may be extended by up to 5 business days. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
